When placing your order with the PBM Plus Mail Service Pharmacy (PBM Plus) you can pay for your order with a Check or Money Order or by credit card. We accept Discover®, Master Card® or VISA®. We ask that you please do not send cash.

CREDIT CARD

If you are paying by credit card, it is not be necessary for you to determine how much your order will cost.  PBM Plus will calculate the amount for you and charge that amount to your credit card. Your order will come with an invoice showing exactly how much was charged to your credit card as well as an itemization of the charges. This is the easiest and most convenient payment method.

If you chose, PBM Plus can keep your credit card information on file and automatically bill your credit card whenever you place an order. Be assured that your credit card information is stored in a secure environment and is not provided to any entity. It is used strictly to bill for orders that you place or ask to have shipped automatically.

CHECK OR MONEY ORDER

If you chose to pay by check or money order, you will need to determine the amount of payment to remit with your order. It will be necessary for you to mail your order to the PBM Plus Mail Service Pharmacy before it can be processed. For faster service, you can use a credit card as described above, and fax or phone your prescription to the PBM Plus Mail Service Pharmacy.

To calculate the amount of payment to enclose with your order, use the Price Look-Up, or call the PBM Plus Mail Service Pharmacy at 1-800-736-0403 to get the price of the prescriptions you are having filled.
