Eligible members may obtain prescription drugs at ANY location in the network. Local, regional and national chains are added to the PBM Plus pharmacy network on a regular basis.
To find a specific pharmacy or location, go to the Pharmacy Look-Up or call the Member Services Helpline at 800-263-2178. You can also ask your pharmacist if they are part of the PBM PLUS Network.

How can I request my pharmacy be added to the network?
- If your preferred pharmacy is not part of the PBM Plus network, have your pharmacy call the PBM Plus Member Services Helpline at 1-800-263-2178 to request a contract, or
- Have the pharmacy visit www.pbmplus.com to find a copy of the PBM Plus network affiliation agreement.
